SAN FRANCISCO - June 21, 2013 – goBalto, Inc. announced today its new Customer Success division, designed to nurture and expand customer relationships through world-class consultative account management practices, and to ensure continuous customer enthusiasm.
Industry guru Ken McFarlane joins the goBalto team as Senior Director of Customer Success. With over 12 years of experience in the clinical trial and study startup space, Ken brings a deep and broad range of experience to his new goBalto role. Ken’s career includes stints at leading CROs and global providers of clinical development solutions, including PPD, MDS Pharma, and RPS, as well as working directly as a Sponsor Global Project Manager. Ken is uniquely poised to increase and cultivate study startup customer engagement. He’ll develop the structures and strategic positioning necessary to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive growth.
Also joining the team is Ashley Davidson as Director of Customer Success. Ashley is a seasoned, effectual senior leader with a proven ability to lead large teams and global staff; implement large-scale, efficient clinical start-up processes across multiple global regions; and consistently exceed deliverables and metrics goals. Ashley has been a clinical research expert for over 10 years, and was most recently Director, Site Start-up and Regulatory at INC Research, serving primarily in a critical strategic function and managing key stakeholder relationships. Prior to INC, Ashley held positions at Worldwide Clinical Trials, Quintiles, and Rho.
