Title: Improving Study Startup Efficiency - Leveraging Technology & Business Process Optimization to Drive Change
Study startups have notoriously been considered labor intensive, costly, and open to the risk of delays due to the lack of optimization in the set-up process. With so many parallel and simultaneous activities taking place like contract negotiations, budgeting, and patient recruitment, it's easy to see how studies can be delayed. It's well known that delays are costly and sponsors can lose a great deal of revenue for every day of delay to product development and launch.
