We recently helped a USA biotechnology company decrease the cost of their Phase 2b study by nearly $2MM while improving their first-patient-in date by 10 weeks.

A USA CRO with an ongoing Ophthalmic study needed to add 5 European sites. We helped them partner with a German CRO with the sites and patients needed. The German component proved to be so productive the study ended up being expanded to include 12 German sites.
